Zalman's ZM-HE250-U3 is an ideal external hard drive enclosure for those who need to carry large amounts of data on the move. The white gloss aluminium casing looks excellent and to maintain its good looks a travel pouch is supplied! The casing also has a practical use in that it helps to reduce the heat generated by the enclosed hard drive by acting as a heatsink.

The enclosure is USB3 compatible so you can expect transfer speeds up to 5 Gbps. That's 10x faster than USB2! Not got USB3 yet? No problem, the ZM-HE200-U3 is also backward compatible with USB2.0 and even USB1.1.

A USB3 cable is provided along with a USB Auxiliary Power Cable for use when extra power is required.
