Returns Policy

I no longer want the goods / I wish to cancel my order

You may cancel an order up to seven working days after it is received.

To cancel an order you must tell us by letter or email. If you have already received the goods, they must be returned to us in a saleable condition, once returned we will refund your return postage costs up to the price we paid to deliver them (typically a ‘Standard First Class’ service).

My product develops a fault

If the product develops a fault within six months of purchase then you are entitled to a full refund.

You must tell us by letter or email that your purchase has developed a fault before returning the product.

Refunds will be issued on return of the faulty product, once returned we will refund your return postage costs up to the price we paid to deliver them (typically a ‘Standard First Class’ service).

My software product develops a fault

Alternatively, if your purchase was a software product produced by Pro/WIZ Software Ltd, we may be able to repair any faults. To do this we will need as much information as possible regarding the fault.

This will mean answering the following questions:


  • What were you doing to discover the fault?
  • What computer system are you running the product on? (Including the version of operating system, e.g. Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium/ Microsoft Windows XP Professional)
  • Is an error message generated? (if so can we we will require a screen shot of the message)

If the fault is repairable, you will be sent an updated version of the product in due course. You will be informed at the time of raising the fault an estimated time until you receive the updated version.
